Monday I ran 4 miles in 34 minutes. This morning I ran 2x block in 14. For some reason i started in smaller strides, and when I realized I was doing it, i decided to keep doing it. My calves didnt burn as much, but I think i slowed down some too. When I get the calves back in shape, it hopefully will not be much of an issue.
