Comments: My purpose today was to see how fast I could run 1 Mile, going all out. I discovered quickly that I wasn't able to maintain my "all out" speed for very long - at all. I actually walked 2 and-a-half times because I was so fatigued. So, I walked a little and still finished just under 7 minutes. However, I did 6:45 on the first mile of the Chik-fil-A, and I was not running all out. This tells me that pacing is better.

Also, I shortened my jump rope by knotting it twice, and it is much easier now, so much that I enjoy doing it. I will probably start doing some sets every morning. I will probably start out jumping/resting in 1 minute intervals for 6 minutes. I will keep track of my rpm (rotations per minute) too.
