ran the block 5 times today. about 3.5 miles. after 1.5-2 miles, the burn in my lower legs starts to wear off and I kinda get me second wind. I am planning to do regular runs every other day, and just little 1 milers on the off days to keep my legs in shape.

ran into Noah's truck today (haha) and we decided to run together in Jackson. if I can keep up with him.
