I started with the intention of running 3 miles, but I felt so good, 4 happened with ease. True, I took ibuprofen, and I am sure that helped keep the leg burns almost non-existence. But I also was careful not to pushmyself today. I always tend to speed up, but I just found a comfy stride and stuck with it today, and didn't worry about "my time." because at this point, the time is not really the point. I am just trying to get the miles under my legs.
