Comments: Joe and I ran this morning over at Sea Isle Park, which has a mile long track. We ran about about a 8m/m the first time around, and then booked it the second time around for just over a 7 m/m. It was a good run, though very exhausting. Its amazing how much running a little faster affects your heart and all that good stuff. I am planning on running the ChikFilA 5k on Monday.
